We offer a competitive salary, starting at $15.80 per hour, with three automatic raises in 12 months, bringing your pay to $17.00 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as virtual access to board-certified doctors for urgent care and prescription refill needs. You will also have access to paid time off (PTO), company holidays, and a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a 6% company contribution. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts and earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week.
