As an IT Business Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of our basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces. You will work closely with our IT Offices Group to manage and maintain our server farm and remote communication room equipment, ensuring that our systems are running efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in data entry, project management, and IT administration will be essential in supporting our team and contributing to the success of our organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and a strong background in IT, with experience in data entry, project management, and IT administration. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with supervisors, vendors, and peers. You should also have knowledge of server farm technology and basic facilities systems, as well as experience with project management, capital budgeting, and vendor management.
While not required, we prefer candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in IT project management within a high-availability communication room or data center operating environment. You should also have experience with IT service management, ITIL, and Agile methodologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
