As an Interactive Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling copy that guides customers through their shopping journey across various digital platforms, including our website, mobile app, and emerging technologies. Under the guidance of an Associate Creative Director, you will collaborate with a talented team of UX Designers, Art Directors, Developers, and Product Managers to create seamless and innovative shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, concise, and conversational copy that inspires customers to make purchases and enhances their overall shopping experience.
- Represent the customer's perspective and ensure that the tone and language used are considerate and engaging.
- Absorb and digest complex business documents and map them to project goals, ensuring that the copy aligns with the overall business objectives.
- Partner with Art Directors and UX Designers to create groundbreaking digital concepts and shopping experiences that captivate our audience.
- Collaborate with Associate Creative Directors, Product Marketing, Product Managers, Engineers, and Editors to refine copy until it meets the highest standards.
- Manage deadlines and maintain open communication with producers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce, digital technologies, and Apple products to inform and inspire your writing.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 7-10 years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house creative group for a major or upcoming brand, with a focus on copywriting and UX writing.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your strategic insight and writing talent through marketing campaigns and digital customer experiences.
- A passion for writing and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to craft compelling copy that drives results.
