New Jersey Tutoring Corps Inc. is a pioneering organization dedicated to providing high-dosage tutoring to pre-K through Grade 8 students in math and literacy. Our mission is to close learning gaps and empower young minds to succeed. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Instructional Coach to join our team and play a vital role in overseeing tutor performance and providing guidance to tutors during our summer program.
We are looking for an exceptional Instructional Coach to work with our team of tutors and site staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality tutoring services. As an Instructional Coach, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Site Coordinator, developing strong relationships with site staff and community members, and ensuring that tutors are using high-quality resources and data-driven instruction. You will also observe tutoring sessions, provide constructive feedback to tutors, and work closely with program staff to address any issues that may arise.
