Our culture is built on a foundation of trust, respect, and open communication, and we're proud to be a leader in the entertainment industry. **Key Responsibilities** As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes * Assisting with applications that impact all employees, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently * Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization * Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for employees * Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding) * Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies **Required Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool * Demonstrated skill in Mass Uploads (EIB) * Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills * Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel * Strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems * A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required * Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus * Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Experience working in a shared services environment * Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures * Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong project management and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
