**Earnings Potential**
As an arenaflex contractor, you'll have the potential to earn up to $20.40 per hour. We guarantee a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if you're available for the full 60 minutes. Our flexible schedule allows you to work at times that suit you best, ensuring that you can balance your work and personal life.
**Schedule**
Our schedule is flexible, and you'll have the opportunity to create your own schedule. We're available Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 8 pm CST. You can choose the hours that work best for you, ensuring that you have a healthy work-life balance.
**Skills Needed**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
* Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more
* Customer service experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone
* Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
* Strong ownership of customer issues, with the ability to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution
* Tech savvy and an avid computer user
* Excellent communication skills, with a friendly tone and professional demeanor

* A quiet, uninterrupted space

**Technology Requirements**
To work with us, you'll need:
* A personal computer (no tablet)
* A broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps
* A wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
* A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
* Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
* A wired USB headset with microphone
* Mac users: Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility
**Important Information**
To work with us, you must:
* Live and work from the United States, except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington
* Successfully pass a criminal background check
* Agree to be an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment
* Understand that Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment, and Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Job Type**
This is a contract role, with the potential to earn up to $20.40 per hour.

The pay for this role is $15.30 - $20.40 per hour.
