**The Role**
As a Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to succeed. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

* Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens to assist customers, using your technical proficiency to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
* Resolve customer issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and best practices
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy
* Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems, including CRM software, email, and online chat platforms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL (for on-site training)
