About the Role: Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist
In this exciting role, you'll be part of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, where you'll play a vital part in promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your knowledge of the air travel industry, will enable you to provide top-notch support to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and support
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information, providing clear and concise responses to customer queries
- Resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved
- Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing updates on new rules, policies, and procedures that may affect their travel plans
