Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a work-from-home representative, you'll handle inbound calls from our cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Authorize sales and process transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Utilize proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and type while talking.
- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Essential Qualifications:
- 6 months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience.
- Confidence using a computer and ability to manage multiple windows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient typing skills and ability to type while talking.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of our Kansas City, KS location.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other productivity software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Remote Work Requirements:
- Quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet.
- Must live within a commutable distance of Kansas City, KS.
- Occasional in-person meetings may be required.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
