Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to work remotely, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and courteous support to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

- Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and provide information to guests.
- Handle exchanges required to load the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage misused customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage.
- Provide current and accurate flight information, schedules, and reservations data to customers and guests.
- Complete forms and reports as required by the company.
- Write abnormality and grievance reports as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
