Job Summary: Amazon Marketing Manager
As our Amazon Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving Harkla's overall Amazon sales and profitability. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategies to improve key metrics, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Top Line Sales growth
- Amazon Profitability enhancement
- Individual Listing Conversion Rates optimization
- Individual Listings Click Through Rates improvement
- Managing our 3rd Party PPC Agency
- Ranking Listings for Specific Keywords
- Getting reviews for our podcast
- Future product launches
To succeed in this role, you will need to be skilled in marketing analytics, data analysis, and building repeatable marketing systems. You will have access to high-level private groups and courses to support your continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Marketer or similar role
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to build and manage repeatable marketing systems (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Passion for learning new strategies and tactics in Amazon marketing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon advertising and PPC management

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary Range: $1,600 to $3,000 per month
- Participation in monthly bonus
- 1% of monthly revenue split among employees
