As a Solutions Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT technologies and trends, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established approaches for software development methodologies and testing procedures to ensure high-quality solutions
• Provide rapid and accurate results for clients, ensuring timely and effective support
• Maintain a strong understanding of IT technologies and trends, including attending seminars, training events, and reading relevant journals and technical documentation
• Stay up-to-date with information integration technologies currently in use, ensuring seamless data management and analysis
• Participate in "standard methodology" projects to support continuous improvement and optimize labor systems
• Provide high-level estimation based on initial requirements, breaking down complex problems into manageable and testable tasks
• Understand, recommend, and support robust reporting and analytic architectures, ensuring data-driven decision-making
• Develop outstanding, easy-to-use solutions that meet the immediate and long-term needs of data clients and stakeholders
• Collect, process, and analyze large data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Lead and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-moving environment, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Participate in an on-call rotation and cross-functional sustainment tasks with the team, ensuring seamless support and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or comparable language
• 1 or more years of experience working with data technology (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) or comparable
• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a quest for quality, ensuring high standards and exceptional results
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform task responsibilities in a fast-moving environment correctly and with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle diverse data, resolve conflicts effectively, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications
