We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team and help shape the future of conversational AI and live chat support. **Job Responsibilities** As a Partner Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading the acquisition and integration of new product development efforts and defining product requirements that drive customer experience improvements * Influencing customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze existing solutions and develop future capabilities * Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments * Working with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning * Leading customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identifying ways to improve the experience * Analyzing performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and developing clear data-driven product suggestions accordingly * Maintaining and refining the product roadmap, planning customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user while focusing on business value * Supporting the definition and creation of the product strategy, guiding, releasing, and generally customer experience **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field * A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in the digital space * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas with brevity and clarity * A forward-thinking "growth mindset" with an emphasis on innovation trends and emerging industry/space best practices * A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously * A passion for excellent products and services, with a talent for empathizing with customers and articulating product value **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with conversational AI and live chat support technologies * Knowledge of agile development methodologies and lean principles * Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools * Experience working with cloud-based platforms and APIs * Certification in product management or a related field **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our partners and their families with benefits and programs that promote their overall well-being.
