Key Responsibilities
- Execute development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code.
- Write high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use.
- Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, working closely with UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences.
- Partner with QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identifying patterns and using learnings to optimize overall development processes.
- Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery, providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight.
- Ensure all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills and expertise.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks, with experience working on complex digital projects.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use, with a focus on delivering high-quality digital experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
- Experience working with UX/UI, copy, and design teams, with a strong understanding of the importance of collaboration and communication.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or development methodologies, such as Scrum or AWS.
