We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our high-level investigation, content group. As a key member of our team, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify untapped opportunities, and optimize our content portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Applying advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions
* Analyzing customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Developing predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
* Streamlining our content launch and episode release processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Testing marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
* Providing ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth
* Effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methods
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
