Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Success Account Manager to join our team in Massachusetts, USA. As a key member of our Client Experience and Achievement group, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their technical experts to drive quality service delivery and adoption of our solutions. You'll work closely with our Record Group to develop and execute client success plans that align with our clients' business objectives and industry needs.
