Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer questions about our clients' products and services
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting our clients' businesses and driving revenue growth
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
Your Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- The ability to speak fluent Spanish and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using software applications and databases
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
