Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues and concerns.
Utilize pre-written responses to commonly asked questions, and escalate complex inquiries to a supervisor as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Essential Qualifications
