Our purpose is to elevate, empower, and transform lives, and we're dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. **Responsibilities** As a Chat Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Accepting and responding promptly to incoming chat inquiries initiated by prospective clients * Utilizing templated responses and structured scripts to guide conversations and ensure brand consistency * Qualifying each prospect using pre-defined criteria and determining the appropriate next step * Scheduling appointments for qualified leads while maintaining accurate notes in the chat system * Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy * Collaborating with internal sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through * Walking clients through enrollment when necessary * Completing IAPDA certification within the first year (company-sponsored) * Meeting performance criteria set forth by the management team **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of one year of work experience in an Account Executive, inside sales, or lead generation roles * Experience in sales and account management, consistently meeting or exceeding sales revenue quotas * Strong business acumen and professionalism * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * College degree preferred from any accredited university or college but not required * Previous remote work experience highly preferred * Previous chat experience preferred **Essential Skills** * Strong typing speed and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple conversations in real-time * Comfort working with templated messaging, workflows, and qualification guidelines * High attention to detail and a client-first mindset **Soft Skills Qualifications** * Ability to attain and maintain high sales quotas on a monthly basis * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting * Ability to clearly explain details about the company's debt settlement program to prospective customers * Ability to recall details of calls with prospective customers and record those details accurately * Ability to use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills * Ability to de-escalate stressful situations * Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable and sometimes difficult clients * Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult discussions * Ability to take constructive feedback **National Debt Relief Role Qualifications** * Computer competency and ability to work with a computer * Prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis * Attaining and maintaining high performance expectations on a monthly basis * Working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting * Using and navigating multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills * Remaining calm and professional during difficult discussions * Taking constructive feedback * Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt **Compensation and Benefits** Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
