We are seeking an experienced Food Safety and Quality Assurance Leader to join our team at arenaflex. As a seasoned professional in the field, you will be responsible for characterizing and advancing a quality mindset across the entire organization by driving multiple FSQA teams in third-party and arenaflex-owned meat and dairy plants. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the development and implementation of effective FSQA systems and procedures, driving occurrence management and analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all facilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of plant operations and regulatory requirements, including FDA, USDA, and local government regulations. You should have experience working with food processing systems, such as microbiological monitoring, CAPA, HACCP, FSIS, FSMS, and other essential programs. Experience working in food manufacturing facilities, preferably with USDA experience, is highly desirable. You should also have experience working with third-party certification bodies, suppliers, third-party service providers, and consulting groups.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. You should be able to analyze complex data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
