Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and wiring diagrams to understand electrical systems and equipment.
- Convert production drawings into tasks and work with crew members to complete projects efficiently.
- Pull and terminate power and instrumentation cables, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, wiring, and control devices.
- Perform preventative maintenance on motors, pumps, generators, and other electrical equipment.
- Maintain and repair electrical distribution systems, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Clearly mark and identify electrical panels and controls to facilitate safe operation and maintenance.
- Train and mentor Apprentice Electricians to promote skill development and quality workmanship.
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with NEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes, as well as company and client standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of electrical experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (depending on the location).
- Current OSHA 10 and Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) certificates or the ability to obtain them upon hire.
- A valid North Dakota Electrical license or a license from a recognized reciprocal state.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with a variety of electrical systems, equipment, and tools.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, including NEC and NFPA.
- Previous experience in a similar rotation or schedule.

- Hourly pay rate: $49 - $54 per hour (straight time), $73.5 - $81 per hour (overtime).
