Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Due Diligence Associate to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Due Diligence Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the due diligence coordination, inspection, and report creation process. Key Responsibilities
- Proofread, revise, edit, and produce high-quality due diligence reports within strict deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in coordinating schedules and onsite inspections of file auditors, unit walkers, and vendor inspections, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
- Maintain request lists, ensuring revisions are made per provided items, and manage multiple Dropbox accounts, showcasing ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keep various internal databases up to date with the latest information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects in progress simultaneously, demonstrating ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Employ problem-solving skills when faced with complex situations, ensuring follow-up until tasks are fully completed and deadlines are met.
- Interact with colleagues, other management companies, and clients in a professional and appropriate manner, building strong relationships and maintaining a positive reputation for the company.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, occasionally outside of standard work hours, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in multifamily is required, with a strong understanding of the industry and its practices.
- Assistant Manager or Community Manager experience is preferred, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are a must, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
