Dispatch Coordinator Tue-Sat 2nd Shift - Join Our Team!

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team on a full-time remote basis, working Tuesday through Saturday, 2nd shift. As a Dispatcher Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the effective management and coordination of our fleet of drivers and vehicles for multiple locations. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point-of-contact for drivers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with operations daily to assess dispatching needs and ensure efficient fleet management.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers and agents to appropriate locations according to customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
• Act as a liaison between drivers and customers to effectively complete services and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Perform thorough record-keeping, periodical route surveillance, and time logs reviews to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of operations.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, including repairs, washes, and substitutes, to ensure our fleet is always in top condition.
• Report operation status and flagged issues periodically to management, providing valuable insights to improve our services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain services.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in customer service, logistics, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. If you have the following qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment.
• High school diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry, with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones, with the ability to navigate complex logistics routes.
• Call center experience is a plus, with a strong background in customer service and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with flexibility to work additional hours as business requires.
