We are seeking an experienced Data Reporting Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling our People Systems Team and presenting statistical solutions and analytics to internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting on key performance indicators and trends. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance our Workday tool, including HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, absence, and knowledge management.
