About the Role

As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers throughout their lifecycle, working closely with our Sales Representatives to build and manage customer pipelines, track progress, and grow digital usage. Your expertise and passion for education will enable you to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our digital products, including Connect, SIMnet, GO!, and Sharpen, and how they integrate with Learning Management Systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication and presentation skills to provide consultative guidance, training, and support to customers, ensuring they achieve their unique goals and objectives.
