Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Professional, you will be responsible for entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems, transmitting information or documents using a computer, and reading and visually verifying information in a variety of formats. Key Responsibilities
- Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
- Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
- Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
- Follow all arenaflex safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to verify information and detect errors
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science
- 2-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Experience with point of sale systems and other software applications
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting principles
- Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Hourly wage: $18.50 to $24.00 per hour, depending on location and experience
