Key Responsibilities: Â Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with healthcare benefit inquiries. Â Provide information about specialized services and programs. Â Assist clients with transportation solutions. Qualifications: Â Ability to work from home, with stable internet. Â Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Â Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Â Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Details: Â Pay: $16.50 per hour, with an opportunity to earn an additional $100-$120 per paycheck based on attendance. Â Full-time and part-time positions available. Â Comprehensive on-camera training provided (3-4 weeks). Â Long-term commitment (1-2 years) preferred.
