About the Role
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting a variety of data into our systems and databases. Your primary duties will include entering data from various sources into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail. You'll also assist with other administrative tasks as needed, and participate in discussions and surveys to provide valuable feedback on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data processing, filing, and record-keeping.
- Participate in discussions and surveys to provide valuable feedback on our products and services.
- Test and review new products or services before they are released to the public.
- Show up on time for designated discussion start times and contribute to the discussion by completing both written and/or oral instructions.
- Fill out written surveys provided for each panel.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
- Additional certifications in data entry or related fields.
- Experience with data entry software and tools.
