Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues and address their queries in a timely and professional manner
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up actions
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers, aligning with their needs and preferences
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a customer-centric approach, ensuring high satisfaction levels and loyalty

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Fluent Spanish and English language skills, both written and verbal
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual or multilingual environment
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home with a reliable computer and internet connection
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to complete PC and internet testing
• A desktop or laptop that meets our technical requirements (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered)
• High-speed internet connection (wired, not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
