About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dance Instructor to join our team at Fred Astaire Dance Studios in New Haven, CT. As a Dance Instructor, you will conduct Private and Group Dance Classes throughout the week, guiding students as they achieve their personal dance goals. You will work closely with students of all ages and levels of ability, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. If you love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and having control over your earnings, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Private and Group Dance Classes throughout the week
- Guide students as they achieve their personal dance goals

- Attend coaching and feedback sessions to improve your skills
