Job Overview: Chat Associate on the Worker Operations Team
We are seeking an exceptional Chat Associate to join our Worker Operations Team, where you will play a vital role in upholding safety and reliability for both sides of our marketplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via telephone, live chat, and web communication channels to resolve inquiries and concerns

Essential Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience with Zendesk or any CRM, with the ability to navigate and utilize these systems effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders and communication channels
