Responsibilities
As an e-Service Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our business unit to customers and business partners. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional service experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is professional, friendly, and resolves their issues efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication, adhering to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring that they understand our services and benefits
- Following up with customers, contractors, and business partners to ensure that customer service issues are resolved, and providing timely updates on progress
- Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with our services and industry developments
- Assuming other duties as assigned, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience preferred, with a focus on customer service, communication, and problem-solving
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in using various software applications and technology platforms
