**Position Description**
We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associates to join our team of experts in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
* Providing appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting services
* Working with a variety of clients across different industries, including healthcare, finance, and technology
* Developing and maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
* Collaborating with our team of experts to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
* Provide appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting services
* Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
* Collaborate with our team of experts to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
* Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (see below)
* Webcam and high-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
* Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in customer support or a related field
* Knowledge of CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**
* Competitive hourly rate of $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training)
