In this exciting role, you will be responsible for continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers on behalf of arenaflex. You will utilize state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems to deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as professional vocabulary and assertive, quick thinking. You will also need to have a private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in sales, call center, upselling, retail sales, or customer service is highly preferred, and prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus.
To perform this role, you will need to have access to a range of technical equipment, including a computer or laptop, internet connection, and high-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset. You will also be eligible for two base hourly pay raises during the first year of employment, as well as a range of benefits, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.
