Job Summary
We are looking for experienced customer service representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows operating systems
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
