Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle Inquiries and Complaints: Address customer concerns, complaints, and general requests regarding flight bookings, cancellations, baggage, loyalty programs, and other airline-related matters.
- Assist with Rescheduling and Refunds: Help customers with rescheduling flights, obtaining refunds, and resolving any issues that may arise during the travel process.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with different departments within arenaflex to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Identify Trends and Patterns: Proactively identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the appropriate teams to improve our products and services.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge: Stay current with airline policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle Escalated Complaints: Address escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
- Remote Work Experience: Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
