You'll work closely with our dedicated team to provide expert guidance, educate customers about their plans, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the world of retirement plan operations, develop new skills, and advance your career through a defined career pathing and development program. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls, respond to email correspondence, and engage with customers through various channels to address their inquiries and concerns * Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to meet the needs of our customers and the company * Meet and/or exceed established key performance goals, including call metrics and quality * Build rapport with customers, educate them about their retirement plans, and provide accurate, detailed information * Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in resolving customer issues and adapting to changing business needs * Identify and recommend process improvements to positively influence the team and quality * Participate in regular training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge **Training and Development** * Receive comprehensive training in our Fort Wayne, IN office, followed by the opportunity to work from home * Develop a strong foundation in retirement plan operations, customer service, and problem-solving skills * Access to ongoing training and development opportunities to advance your career **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED * 0-1+ years of general experience (does not need to be directly related to the position) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment * Ability to quickly learn complex systems and product knowledge * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection (12 Mbps minimum) **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's degree or post-secondary education * 2+ years of previous service industry and/or financial services experience * Previous remote or work-from-home experience * Passion for helping, servicing, and educating others * Ability to research and problem-solve while providing outstanding customer service * Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $19.42 per hour (with opportunities for advancement) * Additional $1.00 per hour for bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Access to ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **What's it like to work at arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we value our employees' unique perspectives, insights, and contributions.
