**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Providing excellent customer care and focus, with a strong emphasis on assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals through proactive and results-driven approaches
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
* Upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients as needed
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with a strong emphasis on proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
* Customer-focused approach with a strong emphasis on providing a positive customer experience and resolution
* Must reside in California
