Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities, as demonstrated in a written assessment
- Ability to multi-task, performing well in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes
- Display skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
- Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Ability to pass a background check

- Familiarity with pet-related products and services
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Technical Requirements
