What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our pet parents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
- Continuously improving our customer service processes and procedures to ensure we're delivering the best possible experience for our pet parents
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for making a positive impact
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of pet care or pharmacy operations
