**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote Inbound Call Center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service assistance to truckers who need roadside assistance. Your specific duties will include:
* Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers
* Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
* Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
* Inputting relevant call information into the PC and processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
* Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customers require
**Requirements**
