What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens our customers' days. What You Bring to the Role
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High-speed internet connection (>15 mbps) and a dedicated workspace that meets our remote work requirements
