About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via text, phone, and email in a professional, warm, and timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive
- Understand our full suite of real estate media services and help clients choose the best fit for their needs, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process
- Schedule and manage media orders on behalf of clients using our booking platform, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our services and offer shoot opportunities, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, building strong relationships and fostering long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth and successful service delivery, working together to achieve exceptional results
What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction

- Excellent communication and active listening skills, especially over text and phone, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
