We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Agent to join our Remedy On-Call team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide professional and courteous support to our clients and their customers via phone, utilizing your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their patients.
To excel in this role, you will spend approximately 80% of your time engaging in real-time, live conversations with clients via telephone and chat. You will utilize various software applications, including Google Suite, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing system, and Office Practicum EHR, to manage client interactions and perform tasks efficiently. A high-speed internet connection, a computer meeting specific requirements, and a wired headset are essential for success in this position.
