- 30 days in:
- Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge of blithequark's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplace.
- Learn how to identify potential order issues, think critically, and develop proactive solutions to problems.
- Gain industry insights, experience, and confidence to provide great experiences for our customers.
- 60 days in:
- Investigate and resolve issues affecting customer experience, determining fault and finding fair and constructive solutions.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
- Master our order queue, prioritizing tasks to provide real-time assistance and ensure seamless transactions.
- 90 days in:
- Embark on continued learning, advancing your skill sets to achieve individual and team goals.
- Manage in-bound seller calls, addressing a wide range of questions and monitoring open and pending orders for timely confirmation.

- A mix of in-office and remote work, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
- Flexible scheduling, with two possible shift patterns: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off, or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
