Key Responsibilities:
- Live Chat and Phone Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.

- Quality Checks: Call customers from the prior day to conduct quality checks and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Essential Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
