- Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, resolving inquiries, and authorizing sales
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
- Utilize proficient computer skills, including managing information in multiple windows, typing while talking, and utilizing Microsoft Outlook
- Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and resolving issues efficiently
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience
- Must live within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD
- Confidence using a computer and proficient typing skills
- Be 18-years-old or older
- Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
