Primary Role and Responsibilities

As a Solutions Engineer – Kubernetes Support and Customer Success at blithequark, you will play a critical role in collaborating, guiding, and supporting new and existing customers throughout the full customer life cycle. This includes presale, setup, installation, and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers navigate the intricacies of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure as a code (IaC) practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in engineering and operations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems, software, infrastructure, or related fields. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in supporting external customers, either through solutions engineering, customer success, support, or similar roles.
