Job Overview

In this outdoor combination role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers in various parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots. Your responsibilities may include checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals for our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates, or checking-in our cars at return, all while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process, including checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, and processing rentals for loyalty customers

• Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, navigating airport lots, and entering/exit vehicles for prolonged periods

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry

• Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lots, and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working in a similar role, such as a customer service representative or sales agent

Compensation and Benefits:
