**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing client emails, chat, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e., FIFO)
* Handling specialty orders and processing with precision
* Providing exceptional client chat support
* Delivering superior customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with clients
* Providing accurate and timely product and service information
* Ensuring prompt and accurate order completion
* Completing account correspondence (email, chat, fax, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in an inbound call center environment
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
